Automatic full refunds

You get your $1.99 back automatically, with nothing to do, if:

• The seller never enters the IMEI within 7 days of you creating the seller link. The link closes and we refund your payment.
• The check can't be completed because our data provider fails or refunds the lookup, and no report is produced.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days.

Once a report is delivered

Each check costs us money with our data provider, so once a report has been delivered it is not refundable. That includes reports that show a problem with the phone, and reports where one part (for example Find My status) came back "no result". If you believe a report is clearly wrong, or you were charged twice, contact us and we'll review it.
